Overview

This website, mytinytenants.com, is operated by Tiny Tenants (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and prices

We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes accurately, but screens and natural materials vary, so small differences can occur. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Using our products safely

Please choose the right size for your pet, follow any care instructions, and supervise pets with new toys and accessories, especially chews and small items. Check products regularly for wear and replace them if damaged.

Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, or by using its content for commercial purposes without our permission. Text, photos and design on this site belong to Tiny Tenants or our licensors.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
