Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Norway.

Delivery times

Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, so about 2 weeks in total.

Delivery times are estimates. Busy seasons, holidays and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels from our fulfilment partners, each with its own tracking.

Taxes and import charges

Where we're able to collect VAT or import taxes at checkout, they are shown before you pay. For some destinations and order values, your local customs or postal service may charge import VAT or duties on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us.

Late or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email hello@mytinytenants.com with your order number. We'll look into it and send a free replacement or a full refund if the parcel is lost.
