We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - no need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email us at tinytenants2026@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
